The Promoter is Capitol Constructions Pty Limited, Trading as Vogue Homes (ABN 84 064 786 885) (the ‘Promoter ‘). The Promoter’s address is Unit 2, 16 Weld Street, Prestons NSW 2170.

The “Offer” consists of two (2) prizes, each independent from the other in all terms and legal forms.

Each prize is for the purchase and delivery of a electric vehicle at Capitol Constructions expense, to two (2) individual clients that meet the winning entrant requirements as set out in the terms and conditions below.

All entrants that meet the qualifying criteria as set out below, are considered an eligible entrant for the chance to win by way of randomised selection at the date set out in clause 6 of these terms and conditions, for one (1) of the prizes stated.

1. The total maximum value of the “Offer” is $95,000.00 per prize.

1.  The “Offer” is ONLY for a 2025 model electric vehicle and EV charging station, including installation at Vogue Homes expense, at the home address of the client as nominated on the Building Agreement.
2. The “Offer” includes only, the specified vehicle and EV charging station from clause 1.a, including applicable taxes and on road costs required for the initial purchase by Vogue Homes.
3. This “Offer” does NOT include ongoing costs associated with maintenance, insurance, road worthiness, registration of the vehicle or any other costs not noted in these terms and conditions.
4. It is a condition of the “Offer” prize, that the winning entrant consent to the vehicle being delivered and registered in their name as shown on the “Building Agreement” that forms part of these terms and conditions. Vogue Homes will not claim ownership of the vehicle at any time.
5. The “Offer” is not redeemable for currency (“cash”).
6. The “Offer” is not transferable to any 3rd parties not identified in the Building Agreement executed with Vogue Homes.

To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

2. Subject to the clauses below, entry is open to all Australian Citizens who have fulfilled the requirements set out below (‘Eligible Entrants ‘). Entrants must be over the age of 18, as of the date of entry. a. Employees, and their immediate families of the Promoter, associated agencies and companies, contractors or individuals are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or 1st cousin.

3. This “Offer” is extended to any client who is an Australian Citizen and who executes a “Building Agreement”, of which includes Vogue Homes “Elevate Package”, for the construction of a Residential Dwelling under the following conditions.

Vogue Homes “Elevate Package” is identified as consisting of the following items/products: Elevate Package purchase price $4990.00 – Includes 6.6kw Solar System. – – – Includes EV charging provisions. Includes Electrical Ventilation Hub. Includes Free Upgrade to Thermally Broken Hybrid Windows (Supplied by Stegbar ONLY, standard sized windows ONLY)

5. Vogue Homes identifies now for the purposes of clarity, that an entrant may only claim 1 entry per “Building Agreement” as executed within the qualifying period. A “Building Agreement” may include multiple attached or detached dwellings. Vogue Homes reserves the right to include or exclude any dwelling from qualifying at its discretion.

6. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period execute a Vogue Homes Building Agreement, that must include Vogue Homes “Elevate Package” and pay the required fee as stated under the normal terms and conditions set out in Vogue Homes Building Agreement for the purchase and construction of a residential dwelling.

7. To be eligible for a prize, any entrant must execute and accept a Vogue Homes Building Agreement that must include Vogue Homes “Elevate Package” within the specified Promotional Period, 12:00am 05th May 2025 and 11:59pm 31st December 2025.

8. The “Offer” is only available for clients of Capitol Constructions Pty Limited, t/as Vogue Homes and or its subsidiary brands that are constructing a residential dwelling within Vogue Homes standard service areas. Entrants must comply with all terms and conditions of entry as outlined in these standard terms and conditions.

9. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

10. The competition commences on 12:00am 05th May 2025 and 11:59pm 31st December 2025. (‘Promotional Period ‘). All times noted in these Terms and Conditions are local times, based on the location of the Promoter. If any draw date falls on a public holiday, as defined in the state of the Promoter, that draw will be conducted on the next business day. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.

11. Each winner of a Grand Prize will be the one of the first two (2) valid entries drawn at one of the Promoter’s Premises on 30th January 2026 at 03:00 PM. The Promoter will ensure that all entries have an equal chance of winning a prize.

12. The winner/s will be notified by email and or telephone within two business days of the draw.

13. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer available from “Vogue Homes” and or its subsidiary brands (Evoke Home and Land).

14. As a condition of accepting ANY draw prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

*By submitting an entry into this competition, entrants’ consent to receive promotional and other marketing messages from the Promoter (including messages sent electronically for an unlimited period of time). Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in each message sent by the Promoter.
